Strong Winds are affecting roads & State Highways across South Island roads.
NZTA is urging motorists to take care especially if they’re driving high sided vehicles or motorcycles.

Motorists are being urged to drive with caution from Cromwell to Haast on State Highway 6 due to rock falls and flooding.
State Highway 8 from Tekapo to Pukaki has reopened after trees fell onto the road.
NZTA said Stop/Go traffic management is in place along with a temporary speed restriction.
