In a repeat of last season’s Premier Men’s tennis final, the Cashmere players are set to take on Elmwood tomorrow in what promises to be an exciting match-up.

The match is set to take place at Elmwood Tennis Club at 12pm this Saturday.

Adding to the excitement is the fact that Cashmere Tennis Club is celebrating its 100-year anniversary.

Cashmere Tennis Club

The Cashmere Hills Recreation Club was registered in April 1922 with the aim of establishing a place for playing tennis, croquet and bowls.

As part of the celebrations, a special dinner will be hosted, and a plaque will be unveiled.

If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, head down to Elmwood Tennis Club, grab a drink in the sun, and watch some great tennis.
