A person has been seriously injured after the car they were driving smashed into a fence on Pages Road last night.
A police spokesman told Chris Lynch Media at 9.30pm emergency services responded to a crash involving a single vehicle on Pages Road.
Resident Brodie Williams said he heard the sound of the crash and ran outside to see what happened.

He said the crash knocked out power to several houses along the street.
Brodie said the crash occurred less than a hundred metres from another crash earlier this week.
A St John Ambulance spokesman said they responded with a ambulance and two rapid response vehicles
One person was transported to hospital in a serious condition.

Serious Crash Unit attended the scene and enquiries wre ongoing to determine the circumstances of the crash the police spokesman said.
