Christchurch police are investigating after two burglaries involving the same stolen car overnight.
A police spokesperson told chrislynchmedia.com, at 3.27am, an alarm was activated at a service station in Bishopdale.
Three offenders entered the service station however nothing was stolen as fog cannons activated.
Then, at 3.41am, a window was broken at a store on Main North Road and three offenders stole a till with a small amount of cash in it.
Police also received a report of an alarm activation at a pharmacy on Cranford Street, however it has been confirmed that there was no break-in there, the police spokesperson said.
Enquiries are ongoing to identify and locate the offenders.
