Police are at the scene of yet another ram-raid in Christchurch.
The incident happened at the Liquorland store at Tower Junction in Addington.
A police spokeswoman said “police were notified of a break in at a commercial premises on Clarence Street, Addington around 5.10am.”
A vehicle was used to gain entry into the store.
Two offenders have exited the vehicle and entered the store.
The pair stole bottles of alcohol before getting into another vehicle and leaving the scene.
Police did not offer any description of the offenders.
Enquiries are ongoing to identify and locate the offenders the police spokeswoman said.
Police officers were talking to staff at 10AM on Friday.
The glass doors of the building are missing and a waste pick up truck is at the scene.
Police Minister Labour MP Ginny Anderson has declined repeated requests to be interviewed on issues related to crime in Christchurch.
