Donald Trump’s scheduled conversation with Elon Musk onĀ  X has encountered technical difficulties, with users experiencing trouble accessing the live stream.

The site displayed a “not available” message shortly after the scheduled start time of 8 p.m. (Eastern Time) for some users, although more than 500,000 people appeared to have joined successfully.

Minutes before the event was due to begin, Musk posted that he was holding a conversation with Trump, not an interview, saying that “nobody is quite themselves in an interview, so itā€™s hard to understand what theyā€™re really like.”

As the issues persisted, Musk said on X, “There appears to be a massive DDOS attack on š¯•¸. Working on shutting it down. Worst case, we will proceed with a smaller number of live listeners and post the conversation later.”
