Armed police have raided a house in Wainoni this morning.
A neighbour told chrislynchmedia.com people were in handcuffs on the footpath, surrounded by officers at the Cuffs Road address.
Police were still at the house at 10.45AM.
Armed police had surrounded the property, calling out, “Come out now with your hands up. We have you surrounded. We are not leaving.”

The resident said some of the occupants of the property are part of the mongols gang.
Another resident said she was instructed to stay indoors during the police operation.
Multiple police units were on the street along with a police van.
Police have been approached for comment.
