Christchurch police have made multiple arrests following an operation in Woolston this afternoon.

Police blocked off a number of roads near the Tannery just before 3pm.

A spokeswoman said police executed a search warrant at an address.

As a result, a 29-year-old man will appear in the Christchurch District Court tomorrow charged with breaching of conditions.

A 42-year-old man will appear charged with a bail breach.

A 24-year-old man with a warrant to arrest will also appear for failing to turn up to court.

And a 37-year-old man will appear in court next month for possession of cannabis.
