Emergency services are at the scene of a family harm incident in Redwood this evening.

The incident happened on Momorangi Crescent off Main North Road.

A police spokeswoman told Chris Lynch, officers responded to a family harm-related incident in the area just before 4pm today.

She said one person was injured and has been treated by ambulance staff.

An eyewitness said there were multiple police cars in the area with officers carrying rifles.
