A cardboard Lamborghini has been sold to a Christchurch TradeMe bidder for just over $10,000.
Kiwi YouTuber David Jones, who has more than 500,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel, is donating the proceeds to the Children’s Starship hospital.
On the TradeMe auction it said the car had a 10/10 safety rating (“does not move”) and 10/10 fuel economy rating (“does not take fuel”).
Although Jones said the car had done “about 50 metres.”
Jones filmed himself building the cardboard car in a video that has attracted more than million views on YouTube.
