Terms and Conditions for the School Holiday Prize Pack Giveaway Sponsored by Chris Lynch Media

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to residents of New Zealand. Employees of Chris Lynch Media and their immediate family members, as well as employees of the participating attractions, are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by Chris Lynch Media.

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Chris Lynch Media, which are final and binding.

4. Promotion Period: The giveaway begins on [April 3rd] at [11AM] and ends on [APRIL 21]. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

6. Prizes: The winner will receive a prize pack containing a range of tickets to attractions in Christchurch. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Chris Lynch Media. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Chris Lynch Media’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Chris Lynch Media. The winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) days following the selection. Chris Lynch Media shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner providing incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within [5] days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. General Conditions: Chris Lynch Media reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway in case of any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Chris Lynch Media’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Chris Lynch Media in its sole discretion.

Release: By receipt of the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Chris Lynch Media, subsidiary companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
