Celebrity Cruises has celebrated the highly anticipated arrival of its transformational Edge-Series ship, Celebrity Edge, in Christchurch. 

Welcomed as part of her inaugural sailing on Satuday, Celebrity Edge is taking guests on a 12-night adventure exploring the stunning coastlines of New Zealand.

This voyage is the first of 12 itineraries departing from Auckland and Sydney through to April 2024, showcasing the best of New Zealand, neighbouring Australia and the tropical South Pacific.

Celebrity Cruises Vice President and Managing Director of Australia, New Zealand and APAC, Tim Jones, said: “Saturday was an exciting milestone for Celebrity Cruises and the local Christchurch community, as Celebrity Edge – one of the world’s most innovative ships – made her debut in Christchurch.
