Emergency Services are at the scene of a fire in Addington.

They received a call to Jay-Dee’s Dairy on the Corner of Selwyn & Poulson Street just after 9PM on Friday.

 By the time the first appliances arrived, the property was well involved.

 A resident told Chris Lynch Media the dairy had closed a week or so ago, and was not actively trading.

 A house is attached to the dairy.

 No one is believed to be inside either properties.

 Police have blocked off Selwyn Street while fire crews deal with the blaze.
