Christchurch Police are asking the public for help to locate 50-year-old Rochelle Tabak, also known as Rochelle Fleming, who has been missing since Wednesday afternoon.

She was last seen around 1pm on 16 April in the Addington area, after leaving her home earlier that day. A friend said Rochelle mentioned she was heading to the bank, but she has not been seen since.

There are concerns for her welfare.

Rochelle is approximately 154cm tall, Caucasian, with red or maroon-coloured hair. She was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, plain black track pants, and black and white shoes.

Police released a photo of Rochelle taken about five years ago, noting it is the most recent image currently available.

Anyone who has seen Rochelle since Wednesday or has information about her whereabouts is urged to contact Police on 105, quoting file number 250420/1386.
