The Canterbury Home Show is returning to Christchurch this Friday, 21 March, running through to Sunday, 23 March at Wolfbrook Arena — and entry is free when booking online.
The three-day event is set to attract homeowners, renovators, and those looking for fresh inspiration, with more than 140 exhibitors showcasing the latest in home building, renovation, and design. It’s a chance for visitors to compare products, gather ideas, and get expert advice all under one roof.
Organisers said the show will also feature free daily seminars led by industry experts, covering everything from sustainable building practices to the latest in smart home technology.
For those who appreciate local craftsmanship, The Marketplace offers a curated selection of handcrafted home décor and unique gifts, available on Friday and Saturday. Food lovers can explore The Pantry, featuring a range of artisanal treats and gourmet goods.
Families are encouraged to visit on Sunday, with activities including kids’ workshops with Mitre 10, face painting, and colouring competitions to keep the little ones entertained.
Exclusive show specials will also be on offer, with limited-time deals designed to help visitors kickstart their next home project.
The Canterbury Home Show runs daily from 10am to 5pm. Organisers said it’s the perfect event for anyone building, renovating, or simply looking for new ideas for their home.
