Police are seeking public assistance to locate 54-year-old Joshua, who has been missing for nearly three months.

Joshua, who usually resides in Christchurch, was last seen in central Dunedin on Wednesday, 11 December 2024.

His vehicle was later found abandoned in a café car park on Camp Road, but he has not returned to it or made contact with his family since.

Authorities believe he could be in the Southland, Otago, or Canterbury regions and are urging anyone who may have seen him to come forward.

Police and Joshua’s family hold serious concerns for his wellbeing.
