A 42-year-old woman has been arrested following a police raid at a house in Heathcote.

Multiple police officers were seen at the two-storey villa on Butts Valley Road on Tuesday morning.

A police spokesperson said it was a pre-planned search warrant and confirmed a vehicle was seized at the scene.

Several local residents said they believed the vehicle removed from the property was stolen, but this was not confirmed by police.

A horse and a dog were also believed to be at the property.

The raid followed growing frustration from people living nearby, who have reported multiple thefts in recent months.

Residents said the house had been the subject of repeated complaints to police.
