A new night market is set to launch in Ferrymead on Friday, 14 February, promising a vibrant mix of international food, live music, and family-friendly entertainment.
The Ferrymead Night Market will take place every Friday and Saturday from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm at 10 Settlers Crescent, Ferrymead. Visitors can also find the location by searching Christchurch Night Market – Ferrymead on Google Maps.
With free entry, the market will feature over 40 food stalls offering a variety of global cuisines. Live band performances will add to the lively atmosphere, and event organisers have planned a lucky draw with prizes ranging from cash to gifts.
Families will find plenty to enjoy, with free face painting and children’s rides available, making it an ideal destination for a weekend outing.
The organisers say they aim to create a welcoming community event where people can explore diverse food options while enjoying entertainment for all ages.
