Ryan said the decision to sponsor Diwali stemmed from a desire to strengthen relationships with the community they’ve already built for. “We want to be seen as someone who is just as excited as they are about this event. It’s an opportunity for us to connect with more people who may want to build, and to show that they’re in good hands with Signature Homes.”
With 45 years in the industry, Signature Homes has built a reputation for quality and trustworthiness, something that resonates strongly with the Diwali festival’s celebratory spirit. “People know they can trust us,” Ryan said, “We treat people the way we like to be treated, and we’re very engaging. At the festival, we’re looking forward to showing people how easy it can be to build a new home or to talk about getting into the property market.”
As Christchurch becomes increasingly multicultural, Ryan acknowledged the changing demographics and the city’s growing appeal. “After the earthquakes, many people left, but now Christchurch is expanding. It’s one of the only places in New Zealand with plenty of available land, and we’re seeing more people moving here, including from the north.”
Ryan also touched on the importance of being present at such events to give back to the community. “We’re excited to be at Diwali, not just as sponsors, but as people who enjoy the festivities and want to be available for any questions. We want to show we’re here to support people and make things easy for them, from helping with finance to offering house and land packages.”
As part of their presence at the festival, Signature Homes will offer attendees the chance to win a 55-inch colour TV by registering their details via a QR code at their stand. Additionally, they are offering a $10,000 landscape package to those who engage with the company and proceed with a build that goes unconditional.
Ryan said Signature Homes is thrilled to be involved with Diwali 2024 and looks forward to the festivities. “We’re really excited to get amongst it, and we hope to see everyone there.”
