A man can be heard aggressively yelling.

“There was a guy screaming, I’ve never heard a man scream like that before.”

A man in the video can be heard saying “I’m f**king angry.”

The neighbour said “the first cop car turned off its lights and went inside” the house.

On the video she said “oh Jesus, an old fellow, lives in the house and I know he has a Chihuahua.’“

“I don’t know who the guy is yelling but he’s saying F*** f**** F***ker a lot.”

She said seven police cars arrived at the scene, including two undercover cars.

The police spokeswoman said a person was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Another person has been taken into custody in relation to the assault.

A police cordon remains in place and the street is blocked off.
