An investigation is under way after the body of a woman was located on Wednesday at a Newbery Street, Opawa residential property.

A police spokeswoman said the death is being treated as unexplained.

A scene examination began at the address today and police are speaking to a number of people in relation to the woman’s movements over the past week.

Police officers and detectives were still at the scene late Friday afternoon.
